I'm Tassie DeMoney — a facilitator and process designer based in Brussels. I design and lead workshops that help mission-driven organizations get unstuck: surfacing what's really going on, building genuine alignment, and turning group energy into concrete next steps.

I draw on a range of proven methods — including ToP® Group Facilitation, Workshopper approaches, Liberating Structures, and Consensus Workshop — so the process always fits the goal.
What I bring to every room is a calm, structured presence. One that makes it safe enough for people to say what's real, clear enough to make decisions together, and energized enough to act on them.
I hold an MBA and bring experience across startups, corporations, and NGOs. I'm certified in the ToP® Group Facilitation Methods and trained as a Workshopper Master by AJ&Smart — which means I combine deep facilitation craft with practical business instincts.
I'm based in Brussels and available to facilitate workshops throughout Europe and the United States.
