I’m a trained facilitator with an MBA and a background in business strategy, project management, and agile methods. I've worked across startups, corporations, and NGOs — and for the past several years, I've focused on helping mission-driven organizations work better together.

I'm certified in the ToP® Group Facilitation Methods and trained as a Workshopper Master by AJ&Smart. That means I bring proven, structured approaches to every session — not just good intentions and a flipchart.
